New construction of a 6-story, for rent, 95-unit apartment homes located at 4217 East Live Oak Avenue in unincorporated Los Angeles County. The community will include studio, one- and two-bedroom units as well as two units for on-site property management. This apartment community will serve low-income residents who have experienced homelessness. Rents will range from approximately $800 to $1,000 per month, depending on household income and unit size. On-site property management and supportive services will be provided to tenants at no cost.
The property is recommended for funding by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) and outreach is required as part of the funding activity.
